It's from Mathematics Magazine, Vol. 63, No. 5. (Dec., 1990), pp. 338-339. If you have access to JSTOR, here's a stable URL.

Submitted by jim miller on Mon, 12/19/2005 - 9:48pm.After quite a bit of hunting on the web, in www.loc.gov pages, and even in U of Minnesota Library (they seem to have microfilm copy of some of the Sevareid papers), I have been unable to find a copy of this transcript online. Lexis Academic appears not to go back far enough in its transcript coverage.
