United for Peace and Justice Protests

(answer by jennyz77)

Answer to Question 1: There are no other protests, organized though United for Peace and Justice, planned because they were only able to get a permit for August 29th.

Answer to Question 2: I looked at the map on the United for Peace and Justice web site (http://www.unitedforpeace.org/article.php?id=2503), and the protest will be confined to 7th Avenue, and will streach up to 34th Street. It does not look like the protesters will be allowed past that point.

You should check the United for Peace and Justice web site for any updates: http://www.unitedforpeace.org
