I am in the middle of writing a play about no child left behind. I am having difficulty finding youth voices about how this act is affecting them. Can you help me find accounts of how this act is really effecting kids in school today?
In the off chance you did not read this,Harper's last month ran an article that addressed education and the effects of NCLB/standardized testing on urban youths. The author interviewed children and their accounts are mentioned. An amazing, completely heartbreaking article--Check out:
