What is the combined military recruitment and advertising budget for FY2006? Over the past few years this has been quoted as anywhere from 3-4 billion. But after looking through line items in the "Operations Program (O-1) DoD Budget FY2006" (published Feb. 2005) I only came up with 2.7 billion.
