I would also like to add that maps like this are considered "ephemera" and are kept for archives rather than for public use. Maps are kept for reference in the NYPL branch libraries, but they are never sent between branches or circulated, primarily because they are fragile. Also, the library has atlases and travel books with maps to check out. I bet the Map Division at the Humanities and Social Sciences library has obtained a copy.
