I'm looking for a specific source that my library database doesn't have a subscription far enough back to obtain, the source is:

You can plug in your local zip code or location to find a library near you that can provide access to the journal.

Provisos about WorldCat:

  • They may not have the issue that you need.
  • Not all libraries holdings are included in WorldCat, especially rural libraries. I know that WorldCat has international holdings, but I assume that the participation is far less extensive than in the U.S.
