I've sent you the name and email address of another Rad Reffie, one who has experience demonstrating pelvic exams. btw I found more results searching with the phrase "pelvic self exam" than with "cervical self exam," and that in turn led me to "vaginal self exam," if that helps you at all.

I thought Vaginal Self-Examination from WebMD looked pretty good.
