The New York Times and NPR both have a story on a guy getting arrested for Twitter posts made during a G20 protest. I cannot wait till I get arrested for providing home support for Radical Reference. Good grief. One hopes the EFF is on this, in case it progresses.
(Also, you have to love this line from the Times article describing materials seized from the guy's apartment: "The items also included what was described as a picture of Lenin.")
