Washington Post , you get the above 4 hits with the search "Jeff Gannon", and also have some hot links to sites like an Editor and Publisher article by Joe Strupp "White House Correspondents Criticize Alleged 'Softball Thrower' -- and Jeff Gannon Fires Back" (this article also comes up on Google.com NEWS search: "jeff gannon" "talon news" - 47 hits).
www.pbs.org gets 1 brief mention of Gannon, on the search jeff gannon (3 others have the names as part of other names). www.cbsnews.com gets no hits on jeff gannon, while newsbot.msnbc.msn.com/ does better with 14 hits. But compare Google.com News search on "jeff gannon" - 64 hits. It seems clear the bloggers are far more active on this story, and may be your best source for trying to get leads, at least for right now.This may well require direct investigation by
trying to get individual people to talk, but these sites and searches might get you at least a start on it.
