i'm currently working on a paper about illegal immigration. i'm having a hard time finding material on the history of border security. the idea of the paper is to identify a current policy (in this case the immigration reform act of 2007), supply a historical background of the policy (immigration and border security), and then analyize the current policies intent and ideology. there is so much information on immigration that i'm having a difficult time identifying relevant material. any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated. thank you.
