I'm wondering about the licensing procedures for obtaining a community (i.e. noncommercial) radio station in Tanzania. I would also like to know the allowed wattage for a community station's transmitter.

The more sensitive part is that I would also like information about what the consequences for running an unlicensed station are and anything about history of prosecution of people running unlicensed stations.
