And what are some good ways to get in touch with members of the Anarchist community in NYC to ask if anyone is interested in being profiled?

These links can help you research the influence of business (aka big business, corporations, big corporations) on government, the media, and other areas of life. This information is often difficult to find as this kind of influence tends to be exerted through a wide variety of means such as campaign donations, pseudo-grassroots organizations, PR and advertising campaigns, lobbying, professional organizations, research funding (or obstruction thereof), and more. Interaction between a corporate representative and a government official doesn't necessarily mean explicit corruption. Political scientists and other academics have debated the extent, forms, and impact of corporate influence for decades. These complex issues deserve careful consideration from the people most interested in building a more just world - activists, researchers, and other radicals. Hi all. I have been reading more about and by Emma Goldman recently, and I have this serious desire to find out what she actually told people about birth control in her talks that landed her in jail. I haven't been able to track down that info. Looked in the birth control issue of Mother Earth, looked in Berkeley's Emma Goldman Papers, the Jewish Women's Archive, looked in Anarchy! an Anthology of Emma Goldman's Mother Earth Glassgold, Ed. Waiting for a response from the Labadie Collection at U Michigan. I'd be really excited about either a talk transcript or one of the pamphlets that she distributed. Thanks so much for any help!
